Connected South African commerce operation linking received products to local sales channels
LIVE OPERATING PATHINBOUND · COMMERCE · FULFILMENT

For international product brands

Send approved products once. Reach South African customers through one accountable operation.

After approval, your brand funds the agreed pilot inventory and inbound movement to our South African receiving point. From receipt, SmartWarehouse manages accepted stock, channel operations, fulfilment and after-sales.

Before stock moves

The manufacturer funds the pilot. We manage it locally.

Following approval, the manufacturer funds the agreed pilot inventory and its inbound movement to SmartWarehouse's nominated South African receiving point. SmartWarehouse does not purchase speculative launch inventory upfront.

Manufacturer-funded arrival

The manufacturer funds the approved pilot stock and inbound shipment to the agreed South African handover point.

Managed from receipt

SmartWarehouse receives, inspects, records, stores and manages accepted stock, then operates the approved sales, fulfilment, support and returns path.

Responsibilities signed first

Freight booking, Incoterm, importer of record, duties, taxes, compliance costs, insurance and risk transfer are fixed in the signed Supplier Agreement.

The connected route to market

One inbound relationship. Multiple controlled sales channels.

Core marketplaces

Eligible products are prepared for Takealot, Makro and Bob Shop through the agreed merchant and account structure.

Shopico

Approved inventory joins our owned consumer marketplace route as Shopico commerce activates.

Custom ecommerce

A dedicated branded ecommerce storefront can be scoped for an additional setup and operating fee.

Controlled arrival

Your approved shipment arrives into an evidence-led receiving process.

We count, inspect and locate accepted stock before it becomes available to any channel. Discrepancies create a record and an owner—not a trail of unanswered emails.

Local execution

Every approved sale moves through one accountable fulfilment path.
